Click on Mapview > City Hall > Nraas > Overwatch > Intermediate > Export Settings - Give settings file a name. This file gets saved to your Household Library. It can be found in the Sims 3 Library folder. - \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library and will look something like this - ebf_0x017000b86e57b310.package.
Choose Filter option: Type of Sim (Or) >> Pregnant. If there are more than 1 you get a pop up window with a list. Otherwise the camera focuses on the sim, in this case it is better to zoom in near the cityhall (not the map view) and open the NRAAS option - so the camera focuses excactly to this sim.
Go directly in Edit Town. Find and delete EA's Subway Station. Or within Live mode, you'll require: DebugEnabler ;Click on object> Nraas> DebugEnabler> Radius Purge> 1. MasterController + module Cheats; CityHall / Computer> Town> Object Stats> Local> (list) Object.RabbitHole.Subway> All and press "Accept".
Collect Tax From Tax List. Use this interaction to collect the tax from the list of households. Note 1: This is an animated interaction so sims will need to use the Tax Collector Computer to complete this interaction. Note 2: Any household that does not have enough funds to pay, will be listed in the Tax Information notification.
Hiding does not mean (like only blacklisting) that the game cannot use it like when a sim ages up. It still can use it, only editing the CASP in every CC package makes it the way you want. CCCASP is the one for the EA stuff installed via Sims 3 extensions and basic game.
I found the best way to start using this mod is just to alter the 'Set Speed' option. Its default value is 37 so by changing it to around half that gives you twice as much time.
