But few days ago the passive keyless entry "PKE" feature stopped working. I could not open the passenger door and release the hatch by using the key fob. I replaced the battery in the key fob (transmitter) with a brand new and all worked again. But after two days I came up to my car and PKE stopped function again. 3.
